There are a few people within our practice whom we would like you to meet. We would like to take this opportunity to introduce Dr. J. Allen Potter and the rest of the EyeCare Focus staff.

Dr. J. Allen Potter, Optometrist
Dr. Potter graduated from Washington Community High School and did his undergraduate studies at Bradley University. He received his Doctor of Optometry Degree from Pacific University in 1967. Dr. Potter went on to serve in the United States Army and served his country in both Germany and in Vietnam. Later he served as an optometrist for the Illinois Air National Guard unit of Peoria, and specialized in the vision of pilots. In 1970 Dr. Potter entered practice in Peoria and has since become a member of the Illinois Optometric Association, the American Optometric Association, American Optometric Foundation, and I Care International. Besides general practice he specializes in children’s visual problems and contact lenses.
Outside of work Dr. Potter enjoys traveling, fishing, skiing and racquetball. |

Paula Potter, Office Manager
Paula started working at EyeCare Focus in the Fall of 2006 as a part-time technician. She is a retired Oncology nurse who now enjoys working in her husband's optometry practice as technician and office manager. |

Susie Caudle, Optometric Technician, ABOC
Her employment with our office began July 31, 2006 as a technician. Prior to working with EyeCare Focus, she had been in the optometric field for 15 years. Susie became ABO, (American Board of Optometry) certified in 1995. She is our Dispensary Team Leader and takes care of the frame room.

Jessica Alt, Labratory Manager
Jessica also began her employment with EyeCare Focus in July, 2008 as a part-time technician and became full time May 2010 and helps with the front office duties as needed. |

Rebekah Harris, Optometric Technician
Rebekah began her employment in July, 2008 as a part-time technician and helps with the front office duties as needed. Rebekah works full time during the summer and some Saturdays. She is also taking courses at ICC.
